Caring Solutions provides a very unique program for our customers with disabilities.

First, we recognize that these individuals are our customers. We have a responsibility to make every effort to meet their needs as efficiently and effectively as possible, while always working to maintain the dignity and respect that we would want to receive.

We also know that as customers, these individuals have every right to choose who provides services to them. They have a right to expect knowledgeable, training staff working with them; staff that genuinely care about them, their needs, and their growth and development.

We have high standards, and frankly, to meet our own standards, we depend strongly on caring support from volunteers and donors who commit themselves to helping us make a difference.

Caring Solutions' primary funding comes from Missouri Department of Mental Health Purchase of Services, and Medicaid Waiver contracts. Funding is also obtained from the County Boards depending on specific funding needs. Some funding comes from private sources.

But at least 20% of our service costs are covered through charitable gifts-donations made by people who know that the best staff and the best services are worth a little more.

We also rely strongly on a large and generous group of caring volunteers who give of their time and resources to help with fund raising activities. Our activities each year include a great golf tournament, the annual banquet complete with live entertainment, and much more, so please check back to this page often to see what's happening next.
