We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Director.

Caring Solutions (Services by Design for People with Disabilities) is a nonprofit organization consisting of volunteers and employees who have made a commitment to unique, innovative and customer friendly service provision for people with disabilities. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer HR policies and processes.
• Direct and coordinate HR activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and employee services under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.
• Maintain the HR records in accordance with federal, state, county, city requirements.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or related field.
• At least five years relevant experience.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Must be proficient with a computer and able to learn the Human Resource Information System for all personnel record keeping.
• Work with complex issues and must be capable of independent judgment and confidentiality in applying rules and procedures dealing with agency management, employees and job applicants.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Other Factors:

• This employee may be able to work from home 2-3 days a week.
