Caring Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization consisting of volunteers and employees who have made a commitment to unique, innovative and customer friendly service provision for people with disabilities. Caring Solutions was incorporated and is still registered in IRS records under its original name, Services by Design, Inc. although the organization’s “doing business as (dba)” name is Caring Services.
Caring Solutions has both a volunteer governing board and an advisory council, providing exceptional leadership and professional perspective.
Caring Solutions was incorporated in December of 2001 and obtained its tax - exempt status in June of 2002.
Our main funding comes from the Missouri Department of Mental Health Purchase of Service and Medicaid Waiver contracts. Funding is also obtained from the County Boards depending on specific funding needs. Some funding comes from private sources.
Approximately 20% of service costs are covered through fundraising activities. You can help!
